2. Custom and Made-to-Order Policy

Because every NowNancy product is custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage in transit
  • Incorrect fulfillment

Please review all details carefully (sizes, measurements, color selections, and personalization requests) before placing your order.


3. Return Eligibility

For non-custom and non-personalized products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
  • Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return authorization must be obtained by contacting contact@nownancy.com
  • Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to a confirmed error or defect by NowNancy

4. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products (including embroidery, engraving, or monogramming)
  • Apparel or items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return once opened (for health or hygiene reasons)

5. Product-Specific Guidelines

Horse Clothing (Blankets, Coolers, Fly Sheets, etc.)

  • Must be returned clean and free of hair and dirt
  • Partial refunds may be issued if returned used or soiled
  • Use a sheet or liner when checking fit to maintain cleanliness

Footwear

  • Must be returned in new condition
  • Branded shoe box must be enclosed within a separate shipping box
  • Do not attach labels or tape directly to branded packaging

Saddles

  • May be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Full refund: saddle shows no signs of wear
  • Prorated refund: saddle shows visible usage
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Free Gifts

  • Complimentary gifts must also be returned
  • If not returned, the gift’s value will be deducted from the refund amount

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Notify us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number, description of issue, and clear photos to contact@nownancy.com
  3. If verified as a production or fulfillment error, NowNancy will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you

7. Shipping, Address Errors, and Unclaimed Deliveries

  • Shipments returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will be held until updated
  • Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Unclaimed shipments are held for 30 days, then donated to charity
  • Orders returned due to address errors or unclaimed deliveries are not eligible for refund

8. International Returns

  • International customers may return eligible items under the same conditions
  • Return shipping, customs duties, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

9. NowNancy Saddle Warranty

NowNancy stands by the integrity and craftsmanship of every saddle.

  • Warranty Period: 1 year from date of purchase
  • Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Proof of Purchase: Required
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

  • NowNancy reserves the right to repair or replace the saddle after evaluation

10. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in verified NowNancy error cases

11. EU Consumer Rights & GDPR Compliance

In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU and GDPR:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized
    • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons
  • NowNancy processes customer data in accordance with GDPR principles, used solely for order fulfillment and management
