2. Made-to-Order Production
Most NowNancy products are created on demand, specifically for each customer.
Production Timelines:
- Custom products: 7–21 business days (varies by product type)
- Personalized items (embroidery, engraving): +3–5 business days
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days for processing
Production begins only after full payment is received and approved. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. Shipping Partners and Methods
NowNancy.com ships via trusted carriers, including:
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS (for select domestic deliveries)
- DHL Express (for international shipments)
All shipments are traceable, and tracking details are provided upon dispatch. Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it safely and on time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and delivery method.

6. International Shipping
NowNancy.com ships worldwide to most destinations.
International Express:

International Standard:
- Delivery in approximately 7–21 business days
International orders may experience customs delays beyond NowNancy’s control. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Refusal to pay customs charges will result in the package being returned or abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided directly through the carrier’s website. NowNancy.com is not responsible for delayed tracking updates, carrier errors, or missed delivery scans.
8. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of shipping details entered during checkout.
NowNancy is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delivery issues caused by customer absence or refusal of delivery
- Re-shipment costs for returned or unclaimed packages
If a shipment is returned to NowNancy due to address errors or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable or refused packages.
9. Delivery and Signature Requirements
For security reasons and product protection:
- Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery
- High-value or customized items may require delivery confirmation
- If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup
NowNancy is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
10. Shipping Delays
While NowNancy works closely with our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery times once a package is in transit.
Possible causes of delay include:
- Weather or natural events
- Customs clearance procedures
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Global or regional emergencies
Delays due to these factors do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.
11. Damaged or Lost Packages
All orders are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Send your order number and details to contact@nownancy.com
After review, NowNancy may replace or repair the item at its discretion.
Lost packages:
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. NowNancy will assist where possible but cannot guarantee carrier reimbursement.
12. Non-Delivery, Returns, and Refusals
If a package is returned to NowNancy due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed shipment
NowNancy will hold the item for 30 days. After that period, the product will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Re-shipment can be arranged upon payment of additional shipping fees.

During busy periods (e.g., holidays, special promotions), processing and delivery times may be extended.
Customers are encouraged to place orders early to ensure timely arrival. NowNancy does not guarantee delivery by specific dates unless expressly stated in writing.

- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Weather or customs-related disruptions
- Delivery issues beyond our control
All risk passes to the customer at the time of carrier acceptance.
